Goodness gracious. And here I am thinking my twenty-five pushup a day regimen is going to get me ripped. How do you even think of doing that exercise? I know the guy is a workout machine, Liz had written a blog about it last week, but that's a level of creativity you just don't see. That's the difference between athletes and regular people.
