"I Might Punch Jordan If I Saw Him In Public Today"--Reggie Miller, Once Again...Fuck Reggie Miller

The entire interview between of Reggie Miller by Dan Patrick was incredible. It's why Dan Patrick is the best in the business. This line of questioning stuck out to me the most though

DP: What would you say if you sat down with him at dinner?

Reggie Miller:(long pause).....I might punch him

DP: Are you being serious?

Reggie Miller:(long pause again)....man, there was a lot of stuff being thrown back and forth...

I don't think he'd actually punch MJ in public if he saw him, but it sounds like Reggie Miller still seriously hates Michael Jordan. Still bitter about what was said on the floor. Still bitter that MJ took a couple of championships away from him. And you know what...as much as I fucking hate Reggie Miller, I gotta say...I respect this level of bitterness. This is championship level grudge holding. It's been 22 years. He still hates his guts. And...vice versa. There is something to be said for that. Jordan doesn't hate nobodies. He hates the Bad Boy Pistons and it sounds like he hates Reggie Miller. Jordan hated everyone in the moment, but it takes a special type of person to get Jordan to hate you for decades. That was Reggie Miller. The guy never backed down, he just simply was never good enough to take down Jordan because nobody was. Reggie was a sonofabitch so fuck him, but you gotta respect the hell out of this fire.
