Tuesdays might be the most boring day of the entire week. I used to go out on Tuesdays when I was in college for $2 double wells (the birth of the double vodka don) but post college their pretty uneventful. Even Mondays are better because you get to talk to your friends at work about what you did that weekend or usually in my case how you did gambling that weekend to finish off the week. Tuesdays are just a day you need to get through. So that's what we do today people. We get through it. We dig deep and will our way to victory. Here's today's workout:

30 Standing Single Leg Dips (Each Leg)

30 Stiff Leg Deadlifts

30 Goblet Squats

20 Second Squat Hold

30 Lunges

30 Sumo Squats

30 Glute Bridges

20 Second Squat Hold

30 Cossack Squats

30 Side Leg Raises (Each Leg)

30 Calf Raises

20 Second Squat Hold

30 Minute Power Walk
