Friday Night Lights: Two Parents Put On A Goddamn Clinic Of "The Floor Is Hot Lava"

Goddamn that was a joy to watch. Those parents putting on an athletic spectacle while avoiding certain death as their idiot kids burned alive and winning prizes of His and Hers drinks was the adrenaline rush I needed on this boring ass Friday night. It's funny to see that moms and dad have already upgraded from doing quarantine challenges like this:

To creating Hot Lava obstacle courses in their houses in order to fight off boredom, cabin fever, and the urge to commit the act of murder. But moving on to Hot Lava obstacle courses makes perfect sense because Hot Lava is one of those rare things that everyone knows regardless of where they grew up.

The one constant through all the years, Ray, has been Hot Lava. America has rolled by like an army of steamrollers. It's been erased like a blackboard, rebuilt, and erased again. But Hot Lava has marked the time. This video, this game. It's a part of our past, Ray. It reminds us of all that once was good, and it could be again.
