The most important thing for anyone who's trying to get in shape is accountability. You need to have a workout partner if you're going to make progress. Which is why I was thrilled when I came across the Instagram's I'm about to post below. Not only do they show you how to workout at home, they show you how to motivate your partner. It's the perfect combination of usable advice. It's late so don't feel obligated to work out now, but just know that you have to tools to attack the day tomorrow. Hopefully this helps you stay fit during quarantine!
