Alexander Ovechkin Is on Pace For 123 Goals!

Ovi scored one goal in the season opener and two more last night in the home opener. He’s now on pace for 123 goals, say my least favorite people in the world. There is really nobody worse on twitter than the nerds who think they are breaking down comedy barriers when after the first game of the season, someone is on pace for some absurd number of goals. It’s the worst in baseball. No dick, he is not going to hit 162 home runs, and you do not have to make that joke year after fucking year. Every time I see someone make a “on pace” joke, my skin crawls. I take note of the untalented hack and move on, but it will always bother me.
