Aussie MILF is Getting Slammed for the Crime of Taking Care of Her Family Home and Making Her Huband's Breakfast

Source - A stay-at-home mother has sparked furious debate on Facebook, after she shared her extensive housework routine that means she sometimes doesn't get to bed until midnight.

Mother-of-four under the age of six Brooke Smith, from Brisbane, was accused of 'living a 50s lifestyle' by some mums on the Facebook group Mums Who Cook, Clean and Organise. ...

'Sometimes it means I get to bed at 9, sometimes that means I get to bed at midnight, but I always get up early (4.30 with my husband to make his breakfast and coffee) to make time for me to have a hot coffee and do my hair and get a little peace and quiet and meditation and exercise in, and do my face for the day.'

Brooke continued: 'A happy mum equals a happy household. Do it even when you feel like not doing it because you'll be happy for it the next day'.

Brooke said her husband works five to six days a week in construction.

Within moments of posting, Brooke's divisive post sparked a range of comments online. ...

'My Mum used to do this for my Dad. Dad was born in 1929 and Mum was born in 1931. It's currently 2020. My husband does his own washing, My kids make their own breakfast,' one woman said.

Another added: 'Nope nope... sorry but no.'

Imagine the nerve of this Brooke Smith person. Where does she get off living her own life on her terms? Having an arrangement with her husband where he works his ass off at a physical job all day while she works her ass off all day keeping the house in order and taking care of him and their children. Who said they've got the right to have a division of labor that suits them, without the permission of judgey buttinskis on Facebook and smarmy talk show know-it-alls?

Sarcasm aside, get a load of the utter contempt in the voices of these TV imbeciles. The unctuous sanctimony as they make it sound like she's a polygamy cult wife, brainwashed against her will to do the bidding of some false prophet instead of a grown woman living the life that makes her happy.

Is this where feminism is heading now? Women being empowered to make their own choices, just so long as those choices pass muster with some poncy morning show twat who can't be bothered to wear a tie? Is that what the struggle has been about? Be yourself, just so long as the self you are makes douchebags who've never met you happy?

Here's my brand of feminism. Are your ready, Australian Today Show: Do what you want. Fuck everybody else. How's that for a crazy idea? Be a stay-at-home mom. Get a job. Take care of yourself. Wear sweats, flop on the couch and eat ice cream right out of the carton. Swing your cameltoe around a pole in the Super Bowl halftime show. Dress like you're Pennsylvania Dutch. Make yourself happy. As long as you're not hurting anybody else and taking care of your responsibilities, there are no wrong answers on the test.

I have female friends with kids who have chosen to stay home and raise them full time. I have others who love their kids just as much but want no part of a life without a career. If Brooke Smith chooses to set the alarm for 4:30 every day to send her husband off to his job on a full stomach and then make her face look good for the day, only the worst kinds of people would make it out like she's "hypnotized" or something.

Some people express love through good food and a clean house. One of the most attractive women I've ever worked with used to go home and make fresh bread from scratch because her husband loved it. When my kids are home from college, I cure and smoke bacon for them because they like it. Nobody judges me for it or makes it out like I'm being held against my will forced to do it. Because I'm a guy. But I guess if you're a hot mom like Brooke Smith, there'll be total strangers tenting their fingers and judging what a submissive you are. Insisting you'd be better off sticking the kids in daycare, going off to some job and letting your husband fend for himself, just to satisfy them. You're own happiness be damned.

You keep doing you, Brooke Smith. I want you just the way you are.
