Billboard Advertising A Site For People Seeking Affairs Uses Hilary Clinton On It

Daily Mail- Ashley Madison, an online dating service for people in relationships and seek affairs, has unveiled a new billboard featuring Hillary Clinton. The billboard includes an image of Clinton holding a finger to her lips, with the caption ‘Harder Choices…lead to AshleyMadison.com.’ The former Secretary of State has been busy promoting her new book, ‘Hard Choices.’ Ashley Madison’s tagline is ‘Life is Short. Have an Affair,’ and its website includes a photo of a woman making the same gesture.

So I guess people are mad about this?  Have a sense of humor for once.  Please.  It’s funny.  Not super funny but I like the idea at the very least.  Hilary Clinton, whose super famous husband got caught up in one of the most famous affairs of all time, is on a billboard promoting a website about people seeking affairs.  Get it?  It’s genus.  I doubt Hilary Clinton would think so but she’s got a book to promote.  She’ll never even notice.

While we’re on the subject of dating sites that are about people wanting affairs, who knew there was a dating site about people wanting affairs?  I sure as hell didn’t.  I mean there’s a dating site out there for just about everything else so I shouldn’t be surprised but I am surprised about this.  I thought affairs only happened in dimly lit, seedy bars or in motel rooms.  I didn’t know stepping out on your significant other had reached the inter webs.  Seems like a terrible idea, no?  If we’ve learned anything it’s that nothing goes away on the internet.  Nothing.  Something about creating a dating profile to secretly cheat on your boyfriend/girlfriend seems to go against everything that affairs are about.  Oh well.  Enjoy!
