Bunch Of Indian Bros Sword Fighting Over Who Gets To Speak First At Some Temple Ceremony

Daily News – Sword-wielding Sikhs fought each other outside India’s Golden Temple on the 30th anniversary of an army raid on the holy site. Dramatic images showed Sikhs rushing out of the temple, brandishing their swords. Footage showed rival groups of Sikhs, sporting blue and orange turbans, fighting each other on a staircase. The clashes broke out after arguments over who would speak first at a ceremony to mark a deadly military offensive there in 1984. Hundreds of Sikhs had gathered but the ceremony soon erupted into violence. At least three people were injured and taken to hospital.

Worst sword fighters ever. I was expecting some Aladdin/Arabian Nights shit. Maybe that dude from Raiders of the Lost Ark with all his fancy scimitar twirling even though Indy just shot him dead. Instead these dudes were just throwing casual haymakers with their swords. Just swinging all willy nilly, no intent on actually stabbing anybody. I mean there was a crowd of literally hundreds of Indian dudes blindly swinging swords and somehow only three people were injured. Thats almost impossible to pull off. Worst sword brawling the Golden Temple has ever seen.

My favorite was the dude at the 1:00 mark who just runs down the stairs, swings his sword, loses it, and then tries to steal his buddy’s spear.

No bro. You lost your weapon with your reckless sword fighting. Now you’re on youre own.

PS – Best part is this was just to see who gets to speak on the mic first. Not like one gets to and one doesnt. Everyone gets to talk. Just the order. Seems a little bit dramatic.
