New Jersey Cop Suspended For Masturbating In The Bathroom Of A Starbucks UPDATE: It wasn't in a bathroom it was just straight up in a Starbucks

NJ – A Camden County Police Lieutenant has been removed from duty after he was accused of masturbating inside of a Starbucks in Cherry Hill. Lt. Benito Gonzalez Junior has been charged with a disorderly persons lewdness offense. An employee from a store on Route 70 reported the incident to authorities on May 7. Officials say the officer was not on duty at the time. Police have launched a criminal and internal investigation and the department says they are “troubled” by the allegations. Camden County Police Chief Scott Thomson says, “We are deeply troubled by the allegations of this off-duty conduct. A swift and thorough investigation is being conducted. We are working to ascertain all of the facts in this matter with Cherry Hill Police Department and the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office. The officer has been removed from duty and suspended without pay.” Gonzalez is due in court June 4.

I feel like because it was in the confines of a Starbucks bathroom, this guy gets a pass. Everyone knows that Starbucks bathrooms are the closest thing to a private bathroom in your own home. I’ve turned 2 in Starbucks bathrooms. I’ve brushed my teeth in Starbucks bathrooms. I’m done sink showers in there. Sometimes I’ve done all three of those in one trip. Can’t say I’ve ever cracked stick, but the point still remains. I feel like what happens in a Starbucks Bathroom stays in a Starbucks Bathroom. I mean I’m not even so sure how he even got caught in the first place. Those bathrooms are private as fuck. I feel like the employee had to have barged in or eavesdropped or something and then in that case its just not fair. Basically like entrapment.

Just cut the guy some slack. Probably sick of patrolling the streets of Cherry Hill dealing with all those bougie Jews. Just needed to relieve a little stress when he was off duty. Unless you’re cumming all over the joint I think its pretty harmless.

UPDATE: Soooo, this wasn’t in a Starbucks bathroom. It was just straight up in the actual Starbucks place of commerce. I think I just automatically assumed it was in a bathroom. You gotta be one sick pup to just JO right in front of Starbucks patron’s faces like that. But it brings up the question – is masturbating in a Starbucks bathroom illegal? Is that considered public? Private? Would that be against the law or just frowned upon?
