Florida Man Arrested After Pointing a Gun at a 16 Year Old Boy He Caught in His 14 Year Old Step-Daughter's Closet...Who He Then Slapped and Made Do Squats and Pushups

Orlando - A Volusia County father left jail Wednesday night after his arrest for allegedly pointing a gun right at a 16-year-old boy he found in his stepdaughter’s bedroom. It happened at the family’s home in the Victoria Woods subdivision in Deland on Tuesday, when police arrested Timothy Estes, 39, and charged him with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and child abuse. According to the Daytona Beach News-Journal, the 16-year-old boy said he was charging his phone in the 14-year-old girl’s closet when Estes forced him out of the house with a gun pointed at the back of his head. The paper said Estes told the boy, “You’re lucky I don’t kill you. Next time I see you I am going to kill you.” Officers alleged Estes slapped his stepdaughter, then forced her to do squats and push-ups and threatened to beat her. Estes reportedly told police, “Because with a 14-year-old, you only need to do a little to get the point across.” According to the report, the girl told police that she invited that boy to come hang out at the house.

Nothing really much to see here. I mean, pretty run of the mill stuff going on. I think any father would willy nilly hold a gun to the back of a guy’s head. That’s day 1 stuff. But he went the extra mile. If his stepdaughter is going to be having boys over, she better be in tip-top shape. I love the punishment. Spanking? Nope. Sending a kid to their room? Child, please. Having them do squats til their legs fall off? Perfect. Squatting is the hardest thing in the world. It sucks while you’re doing it, and you can’t move the next day. Don’t want your 14 year old stepdaughter screwing around with a 16 year old? Make her do squats til the cows come home. For once, Florida did it right. Well I guess besides the whole slapping her thing. But that’s probably just a motivational technique to get her jazzed up for squats.
