Petr Yan Headkick KOs Urijah Faber After Dominant Performance At UFC 245

I just read a stat that said "The California Kid" Urijah Faber had only been knocked down four times in his UFC career prior to tonight. Unfortunately, that number nearly doubled tonight, as Petr Yan gave him the absolute ass whooping many of us believed he would, and put him on the canvas three separate times.

Urijah honestly didn't look that bad tonight - well, until his eye got split open...

...but he was clearly outmatched from the get-go. Yan was watching him start to throw everything and countering with time to spare. It was sorta sad. I don't doubt Faber could still hang with the mid-tier of that division, though, because he showed some crazy balls and resilience with Petr Yan, who's a killer. I could be wrong, but I don't think this is the last we'll see of him.

Yan called for a title shot versus Henry Cejudo next, to which I suggest: Yan fights Aljamain Sterling to determine a true contender at 135lbs while Joseph Benavidez gets Triple C at 125lbs. Give Joe B what he deserves!
