Saluting the cows is very under-rated. They give us so much, and we give so little back. Whether it’s a cow in a pasture that I want cooked medium-rare, or a cow at the bar who is desperate, we all have a deep appreciation for the cows. Whether they’re feeding us, or slump-busting us, they’ve never been properly saluted. So here’s to you, ya fat asses. As for the uniform itself, there’s high fashion, and then there’s high fashion. And then there’s whatever is above and beyond high fashion. And I think that’s what we have here. I can’t be sure because I’m not a fashion aficionado, but pretty sure what we have here is a downright masterpiece.
