COLTS RAN THE DAMN BALL! Colts Beat Jaguars 33-13
*Sorry for the delay, I was at the game today.
What a win for the Boys In Blue! I truly thought we were going to come up short, but Jacoby and the running game was nothing short of satisfactory.
The run game was UNBELIEVABLE! Marlon Mack rushed 109 yards and 1TD before leaving the game in the 3rd quarter, and Jonathan Williams had 116 yards. Nyheim Hines also scored a tuddy. The O line and tight ends opened up more holes than Ron Jeremy's first 10 videos! Hell, Jacoby ran one in too!
In conclusion, this run performance was 90% great coaching, 10% of me handing out RUN THE DAMN BALL shirts.
Jacoby had a decent day, but brought back the chemistry to this offense. While the O-line did a great job controlling the run game, they struggled protecting the Brisket from beating eaten up. Jacoby took 3 sacks and had more scrambles than One Man Thrillride's plate but had an amazing throw to Ebron on the sideline. Like I said before, it was a Run The Damn Ball kind of day.
The defense did a great job after allowing a touchdown in the Jags first series. They allowed 29 rushing yards, sacked Big Dick Nick 2 times, and picked him off once. Rock Ya-Sin had the best game of his season! 8 tackles and an interception. The only flaw was that we didn't pressure Foles enough but made it up by allowing them to 13 points. We even got a Pick 2 at the end of the game!
And last but not least, our special teams. Vinny went 4/4 on his kicks today! A perfect day for the GOAT. Shoutout to Mr. Irsay for keeping the roof closed on a 40 degree day.
Overall a great performance for the Boys In Blue and a great response to a 2 game losing streak. I feel bad for my buddy Eric Dunn who came all the way up from Florida to watch his boys, but he got many free drinks last night because everyone thought he was a Jaguars practice Squad player. It was too good to be true.
This Thursday we are traveling to T.Y's 2nd home Houston. We got a short week of practice but have a great chance to go 4-0 in the AFC South and get our first sweep in. As always, Go Horse.
