A Former Monmouth Walk-On Fought The Entire Kansas Fanbase On Twitter After Calling A Reporter A Bitch For Complaining About The Dunk Down 50

This is the play of the night in college hoops. People can't stop talking about it. Was it right? Was it wrong? Personally, I don't give a shit. It's hilarious. Kansas gets the win, a walk on gets his moment. Big deal? If you're an end of the bench guy you should have 1 goal and 1 goal only when you get to play - get a bucket. Doesn't matter how you do it, just get a bucket. Hell, the game wasn't technically over so head on a swivel.

But the best part of this whole ordeal? A former Monmouth walk on has taken to Twitter to fight quite literally the entire Kansas fan base. It all started with this tweet:

A clean shot if you ask me. He's standing up for his guy, I have no problem with that. Does he go pretty aggressive? Sure, but that's just how Monmouth basketball rolls. Then comes the avalanche of tweets from Kansas fans to him. Let's get into some of the best:

The prom one is so mean for some reason that I can't stop laughing. But here's the thing. Life as a walk on is rough. People just assume you can't play because you're not getting run at the DI level. Most of these dudes were stars in high school, All-State type players. So if you're going to talk shit, be ready because they will jump in the mix.

This is by far the dumbest thing about college hoops and really sports in general. Who gives a shit? Stop pretending that you actually care a dude stole the ball and dunked it and then doubled down by talking shit and getting a technical.
