The Islanders Win Their 10th Game In A Row (May Never Lose Again)

This New York Islanders REFUSE TO LOSE! 10 straight wins. It just never ends. They have a game, they win. I bet most of you want them to stop but guess what, they wont. Second longest winning streak in franchise history.

I mean at what point does the rest of the sports world care about what this team is doing? 10 games in a row with this much parity in the league is downright impressive.

Best moment of the night by far was Cole Bardreau scoring his first NHL goal on a penalty shot.

Cole has been grinding his dick off in the AHL as a 26 year old who has racked up 230 games in the minors. Tonight he gets a penalty shot and fucking buries it to take the lead and for his first NHL goal. You can tell how big of a moment this was when you saw the reaction on the bench

I was so jacked up that I had to interrupt our dinner at the Pinehurst Brewery with the President of Pinehurst (like, all of Pinehurst… which is nuts) to let them know what just happened… I think I even saw him give a fist pump.

God I love this team so much. Clutterbuck, Bardraeu, Cizikas and Bailey all scoring tonight just proves the team is getting production from everywhere.

Remember when the Isles started the season 1-3 and everyone said they were just “coming back to earth” and that last year was a fluke? Well they just rattled off 10 wins right in your face and are now 11-3-0. “Oh congrats on your November Stanley Cup” .. shut the fuck up. Winning TEN games in a row during any stretch of the season is MASSIVE! WE’RE GOING TO BORRELLI’S!
