It Appears Dwayne Haskins Is The New Starting Quarterback For Your Washington Redskins

Well, here we go. Case went down with a concussion, and now Dwayne Haskins appears to be the new starting QB for the Redskins. It’s almost movie-esque. The rookie QB replaces the former Vikings QB who is playing against the former Redskins starter who the Skins let go in favor of the rookie. Nailed it.

So that’s where we’re at. Haskins is in on a short week on the road. And oh boy as I type this he just threw a pick. McLaurin was open and he sailed it. Sucks. Correct read, just threw it a bit high.

Best of luck to Haskins. I’m rooting so hard for him. I want him to be good so badly. It’s obviously still too soon to judge him. He has a lot to work on. But he definitely has the all around intangibles to succeed in the league, let’s just hope the Skins give him the right coaching and weapons to be successful. And that’s a bigggggg hope.

Or let’s just hope lil Dan Dan sells the damn team.

PS: How un-shocked will you be when it comes out that Keenum isn’t really concussed and getting Haskins in the game was all a planned scheme by Bruce and Dan to try and steal headlines from the Nats? 0% shocked.
