Time To Separate The Men From The Boys

2 monster games for the Jets before their week 10 bye. Starts off today in Cincinnati against a 5-2 Bengals team who’s undefeated at home thus far. The Jets are 9-1 in their last 10 games against Cincy but we all know that shit doesn’t matter. The following week we’re hosting Brees and the Saints. Right now you’d obviously sign up for a split. Heading into the final third of the season where the schedule softens a bit with a 5-4 record is way more than anybody could have ever expected for this team this year.

It won’t be easy. Andy Dalton has been playing out of his fucking mind. Probably the most underrated QB in the league right now. 709 yards and 6 TDs in the past two games. The Bengals are a very, very solid 5-2. Geno needs to break out of his one good, one bad Jekyll and Hyde shit. Until he does that, he’ll still just be viewed as a rookie QB finding his way. If he can put in another performance like last week or any of the other Jets wins, and the Snack Exchange and the rest of the defense can slow down Dalton, Green and company, the Jets can steal a win in Cincy and be sitting pretty before welcoming the Saints to town. Its just like every other game this year – its very winnable, very losable, and it falls on Geno and the D.
