Florida Chick Gets Arrested For Drinking While Driving, Argues It's Not Illegal Because She's 'Only Drinking 5% Alcohol'

[Source] - A Florida woman has been charged with DUI after she was busted drinking White Claw while driving home. 

Denae Morrison, 32, was pulled over in Palm Harbor on Wednesday after other motorists noticed her sipping from a can of the spiked seltzer as she traveled erratically down U.S. 19. 

ABC reported that she then also confessed to downing two cans of White Claw while driving home. 

She told the cop that she didn’t believe she was breaking the law, because the hard seltzer drinks are ‘only 5% alcohol.’

I loveit! What an excuse. I mean this is straight out of the Dave Chapelle/Chip playbook.

Everything about this chick has me a fan of her. Saying she’s just had 1 drink that day. That’s another lie every single person reading this has said before. You always downplay that you have roughly 10-15 drinks by saying ‘oh just a couple. Had 1-2 beers and hung out.’

Also, this needs to be the official motto of White Claw.

Her ‘hair was in a nest, her skirt was sideways and her shoes were off’. 

Uh, yeah, that’s called having a great time. Doesn’t matter what you’re drinking the moment shoes come off and hair is all a mess you know you’re having a ball. Someone needs to jump all over that for a slogan.

I need everyone to use this excuse on someone this weekend. The moment someone tells you that you’re doing something wrong just tell them ‘you didn’t know it was illegal because it’s just 5% alcohol.’ Don’t know how that fails.
