Kick Off Your NFL Sunday With All Of Daniel Jones' Highlights From The Preseason
Today, the Daniel Jones Era begins for the New York Football Giants. So what better way to celebrate it than watching Danny drop dick and dimes all over defenses during the preseason? Yeahhhhhh I know that most of these throws took place against backup players in vanilla coverages in games that most certainly do not count. But if everyone was so willing to trash Daniel Jones’ college stats as he faced off against teams full of studs at Clemson and Virginia Tech with a team full of accountants and lawyers, they have to give him some credit for looking awesome once he was surrounded by actual talent.
Regardless, none of that “It was preseason” stuff will matter after today. DJ makes his first career start on the road against a talented NFL defense that has played well this season. I imagine Todd Bowles will be blitzing his dick off to see how Danny Boy handles the heat. However, Jones will have a freak of nature in the backfield, a human mismatch at tight end, and at least one (1) NFL-quality wide receiver which is definitely one more than he ever had at Duke.
