Why Do Teams Even Bother To Show Up And Play UK When Kash Daniel (Kentucky's Tim Riggins) Takes Your Soul And Crushes You At The Coin Toss?

I’m glad these videos are coming out each week. It’s exactly what I needed to watch after finding out Terry Wilson is out for the year with a knee injury. Yeah, that’s right. Kentucky’s starting quarterback is out for the year and I’ve convinced myself Kentucky is going to win one more game:

Don’t get me wrong. I love Terry Wilson. He’s wildly underrated from people who don’t watch Kentucky game in and game out. The dude improved his long ball, he got unlucky with drops in 2 games and obviously has the ability to break a long run. He’s the reason Kentucky beat Florida last year.

But now it’s Sawyer Smith time and you may ask yourself – why the hell am I so confident?

Those two guys in that video right there. Kash Daniel and Lynn Bowden. You think they are going to let anyone in the locker room feel sorry for themselves? I don’t think so. Not to mention Bowden is a potential 1st round pick and we’re seeing Eddie Gran open up the playbook to get him the ball in a variety of ways.

We’ve seen this before as Kentucky fans. Drew Barker was hurt back in 2016 and a backup transfer QB had to come in. That guy? Oh, Stephen Johnson who led Kentucky to a couple bowl games, a win over Lamar Jackson and really helped turn the program around.

You think I’m scared of Florida, Mississippi State, Louisville, Arkansas, Tennessee (LOL), Vandy or South Carolina? With this offensive line? Absolutely not. Georgia? Yeah, okay, maybe a little. But the fact still stands that Smith, who is more of a pro-style QB but can run the ball, will have a ton of time to hit guys like Wagner and Bowden because of that offensive line.

10-3 again for the program who has the 2nd most wins in the SEC behind Alabama.

PS, don’t believe me? How about believing our fearless leader also known as a guy with a Big Brain? Just shows I’m not biased, just correct.
