Conflicting Reports About Sanchez's Shoulder Injury And Future
CBS Sports – Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez visited with Dr. James Andrews Wednesday, who confirmed that he has a labral tear in his right shoulder, according to ESPN.com. However, it is not yet clear if he will require surgery to repair the injury. The New York Post reports that Sanchez is going to continue rehabbing the shoulder and has not yet been set for surgery, slightly rebutting the ESPN report. ESPN.com reports Sanchez is likely to have surgery, but will wait a day or two to decide. If he does require surgery, Sanchez’s season will likely come to an end. Sanchez suffered the injury in the preseason, which opened the path for rookie Geno Smith to start in Week 1. Sanchez’s future with the team is not yet clear, as his cap hit is just $4.8 million if released prior to next season.
Will Sanchez get surgery??? Will Sanchez not get surgery??? Who’s lying? Sanchez? The Team? The doctor? ESPN? Who knows the truth??
Who fucking cares! Not since like 20 minutes ago when the Jets had Tebow have I seen such coverage and controversy over such a shitty QB. Its over, folks. There was no shot he was ever gonna start for this team ever again after Geno stepped in and pulled out a W week 1. So I don’t give a shit if he rehabs or goes under the knife or doesn’t do anything at all. The most he was ever gonna do was hold a clip board. Get surgery, don’t get surgery, do whatever the fuck you want Mark. Because either way its a wrap. Head back to So Cal with 30 million dollars in the bank, 30 million chicks in the spank bank, and call it a day.
I’ve got a game against the Replacement Pats to worry about tonight.
