John Fox Officially The New Bears Head Coach Even Though We've Known For 2 Days Now

Well I guess this is news, even though it’s been the worst kept secret in the world that John Fox will be the next Bears Head Coach. I’ve talked ad nauseum about this but to sum it up one more time I’m ok with it. It’s not an “exciting” hire but that’s probably what the Bears need right now. A guy who will fix the Defense, take a more conservative approach to the Offense, and command respect in the locker room. That’s John Fox. He’s not exciting but he will restore order to a mess of a locker room and franchise. Not to mention when you hire the youngest GM in the locker room, it’s probably best to bring in a veteran coach. Here we go, do your best John Fox, because it can’t be much worse than the last guys.
