Florida Man Throws His Own Poop At The Judge And Then Gets Acquitted Of Charges

MIAMI (AP) — Court officials say a Florida man charged with burglary defecated during his criminal trial and tried to throw his feces at the judge.

The Miami Herald reports 33-year-old Dorleans Philidor was sitting in a wheelchair next to Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Lisa Walsh when officials say he tried to throw his excrement at her. It did not reach her. There were no jurors present during Friday’s incident.

Witnesses say dozens of corrections officers responded and the trial was moved while the courtroom was sanitized.

Miami Dade Circuit Court spokeswoman Eunice Sigler says Philidor also defecated on himself in a holding cell Thursday.

Jurors subsequently acquitted him of the burglary charge. The newspaper says he still faces another trial in a grand theft auto case.

It’s unclear whether he’ll face any charges involving the feces.

The good ole google search “Florida man” coming up huge today. This guy is out here using poop as a weapon and somehow getting away with it. Poopin in his jail cell, throwing poop at the judge and just skating on out of there not guilty on all charges. I bet the judge absolutely lost her shit(no pun intended, but you know) when the jury came back and gave a not guilty charge. There is NOTHING judges hate more than being disrespected in the court room. They take off their pants, throw on their black cape, and they become the high priest in their legal temple and if you dare disrespect them they’ll just throw your ass in jail. Remember Chad Ochochino? He gave his lawyer a little pat on the ass for a job well done and that judge sent him to jail for it.

JAIL for a little pat/being objectively funny while in court. That’s insane. Now, this guy took patted his own ass, grabbed some of his own poop from down there, and threw it straight at the judge’s head(he missed). There is nothing more disrespectful or hostile and yet the article says it is “unclear” if he will face charges from throwing poop. That’s TWO poops aimed directly at our legal system and frankly one is too many. The court needs to make an example out of this guy other wise we are going to have serial poopers out there taking shits all over our democracy. I can’t abide this. He needs to be placed under house arrest and given nothing but imodium and cheese to eat for the next 5-7 years. That might sound cruel and unusual, but it’s not. The courts need to make it difficult for this guy to poop. He needs to force it out so bailiffs can read his facial expressions and know he’s trying to poop. That’s the only punishment that fits the crime. Think twice before you throw deuces.
