I’ve always said smashing a 95 mph fastball is the hardest thing to do in sports. The ONLY chance you have is if you’ve been playing the game all your life, have seen that kind of heat before and have perfect hand/eye coordination. But on a case to case scale for professionals, stopping a penalty kick in soccer is up there. Total freak luck. Unless you’re Spiderman on Adderal, you don’t have the time to wait and react. The goalie has to guess which way the kicker is booting before the kick is even made. Annnnddd the PK stops in this montage may have been the least amazing thing about this.
