RA's Gambling Corner: We're Gonna Get Rich Off A Prop Bet Tonight

I did a double take when I saw the line and the juice. And it’s for real. Logan Couture’s shots on goal over/under is two-and-a-half (2.5) with -130 juice.

Couture, who has been an absolute beast these playoffs and is a Conn Smythe candidate, only needs to average one (1) shot on goal per period to go over. The Sharks will be missing Tomas Hertl and Erik Karlsson (and possibly Joe Pavelski) so even more of the scoring burden will fall on Couture which should, in theory, lead to more shots/shot attempts from him.

The bottom line is tonight could be the last game of Couture’s season and he’s been the Sharks best playoffs performer. So there’s no fucking way he’s getting held to just two (2) shots on goal. I’m on OVER 2.5 shots on goal by Logan Couture for $2600 to make $2000.

As for the game, I think both goalies show up tonight so I’m also on UNDER 5.5 for $550 to make $500.
