Joel Embiid Crying Is Going To Be The Perfect Opening Scene To The Documentary When The Sixers Win A Championship

Not quite sure what is so funny about that moment there, Kev. Because all I see right there is a competitor who has invested everything into this team showing some very real and raw emotions after losing the biggest game of his career. And I don’t see Joel Embiid crying. I see that shot by Kawhi Leonard fueling Embiid over these next few months and turning him into the biggest monster on the planet. Embiid wants nothing more than to win and win in this city. The clips of him crying his eyes out on the court last night are going to be used as the opening scene to the inevitable 30 for 30 that comes out when the Sixers win their first championship with this group.

You can hear it coming right here in Joel’s post-game presser.

Greenie was right. Kawhi Leonard did end the Process last night. And that should send a little shiver of fear down everybody’s spine. Because the Sixers aren’t going to be this happy-go-lucky, Process trustin’ group anymore. The Philadelphia 76ers have seen some shit now. And it’ll turn them into killers. The Process? It’s dead. It’s over. And thank god. It’s what needed to happen to get this group over the hump. We shouldn’t give a damn about the Process anymore. We shouldn’t keep going back to Hinkie. We shouldn’t keep talking about Colangelo. All that matters is moving forward. And I think after the shit that this team saw last night, they sure as shit won’t want to see that again anytime in the future.

It was a crazy shot. Maybe one of the most ridiculous shots in the history of the league. And it’s going to make the Sixers better. RIP The Process. Now it’s time to be a real team.
