A 40 Year Old Man Is Suing His Parents For $86,000 Because They Threw Out His Massive Porn Collection
A Michigan man is seeking more than $86,000 from his parents in civil court for allegedly throwing out his large pornography collection. The names of the son and his parents were withheld by WXMI, which obtained the federal civil court documents on Friday.
The man tried to press charges on his parents by calling Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office, but the prosecutor’s office did not pursue the case, WXMI reported. According to the lawsuit, the man began emailing his parents.
“If you had a problem with my belongings, you should have stated that at the time and I would have gone elsewhere,” the email allegedly read. “Instead, you choose to keep quiet and behave vindictively.”
This story is simply incredible. First of all you have a 40 year old man moving back in with his parents after a divorce. That’s tough. I think I’d rather kill myself than do that at that age. I’m about to move out finally after 25 years and the thought of coming back in 15 makes me say no thank you to life.
Now to the real meat on the bone, while moving back in he brought with him his nearly $30,000 porn collection. THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS!?!?! Buddy what are you doing here? I don’t want to judge a book by its cover, but I have a feeling I know why this guy’s wife divorced him. In the year 2019 when everything is accessed online, especially pornography, to have $30,000 in DVDs and magazines is spit out your drink type stuff. If you have one nudie mag stowed away as a sentimental thing, that’s fine I guess. If you have an entire room’s worth of porno at your disposal you need to be locked up. This is the kind of guy who shows up to the porn convention in Vegas that Dave went to. These people simply aren’t from the same planet you and I reside in.
After the parents tossed his porn, the 40 year old man tried to press charges against his parents and the cops just laughed at him. I wish I could have eaves dropped on that entire conversation. Left with no other options this man had to use his last gun in the bullet…sue his parents for all of King Midas’ silver. The reaction of his father getting the email that says your son is suing you for $86,000 because you threw out his porn collection is a moment in history I need to witness. The father responded by comparing his porn collection to a kilo of crack cocaine, naturally.
“Believe it or not, one reason for why I destroyed your porn was for your own mental and emotional health. … I would have done the same if I had found a kilo of crack cocaine. Someday, I hope you will understand.
This court case needs to be televised for everyone to see. This might have to be made into a movie with Steve Carrell as the son and Richard Jenkins as the father. I need it right now.
