Question - Would This Pass A Kitchen Safety Inspection?

Saw this on my timeline and thought I’d throw it out to the stoolies- would that pass a kitchen safety inspection? To be honest, I don’t know what goes into a kitchen safety inspection. Like, I remember in chemistry class in high school you had to wear certain clothes to the lab- no baggie clothing, wearing goggle at all times, closed-toe shoes, etc. So if that’s the same case for kitchen safety, then I think she would fail. I just don’t know if the same rules apply to kitchen safety. Does she need to be wearing a chef coat? I suppose she need a hair net, that would deduct a few points as well. So I mean I guess the more I think about it, the more she’s right. What do you guys think? If you were the kitchen safety inspector, does she pass or fail?
