Florida Police Are Looking For An Armed Man In Possible Murder Case, Oh And He Also Has No Legs And No Hands

(Source) As a teenager growing up in South Florida, Sean Petrozzino made headlines with his upbeat attitude after bacterial meningitis and more than a dozen surgeries ravaged his body. Bacteria destroyed his hands, feet and parts of his limbs. The sophomore clarinetist — a multiple amputee at 16 — touched many with his positive outlook, prompting donations of a voice-command laptop, wheelchair ramps and a specially equipped van. On Wednesday, Petrozzino, now 30, made headlines again — this time being called a dangerous, gun-toting “person of interest” in the fatal shootings of his parents in their east Orange County home.

The bodies of Nancy Petrozzino, 64, and Michael Petrozzino, 63, were found Tuesday, prompting a search for their son and his father’s missing vehicle, a red Toyota Camry with Florida license plate 112VZY. He is only a person of interest and not a suspect, sheriff’s spokeswoman Jane Watrel said at a news conference Wednesday. “We want him to get in here and talk to us so we can find out what happened, since he was apparently living with his parents,” Watrel said.

Not a funny story because it sounds like this guy murdered his parents but a hilarious headline because of course Florida can’t fucking stop a legless, handless guy. Like what the fuck guys? You can’t find a stump guy cruising around your state? I may not fully understand the intricacies of prosthetics but if you don’t have hands and use robot legs don’t you need help getting off the ground? Can’t someone just trip this guy and then watch him lay there like a turtle on it’s back? Am I minimizing the situation here because I feel like I’m not. Just get him to the ground and watch him try to roll back over while you call the cops and he gets arrested. Not that hard Florida, it really isn’t. You’re getting beat by a guy with no hands or legs, figure it out.
