I don’t know how to break up with my girlfriend.
I’ve been with my girlfriend for about four months now. We talk and got to know each other for roughly two months prior to us officially getting together.
She’s and amazing person with a big heart. I honestly don’t have anything bad to say about her. She treated me like any boyfriend deserves.
Long story short, I basically lost interest in her. I don’t feel the same anymore. Not even hanging out helps it. I honestly could care less if I see her or not. And to keep it 100 with you, I don’t even remember the last time we had sex.
I’ve been pondering on how I should do it. I know she’s going to take it hard and I know I’m not.
Por favor, ayudame Liz!
Dear Ayudame Liz,
Breaking up with someone is never easy, never fun, and frankly there’s never a good time to tell someone you are no longer interested in being with them. The only solution is to have the uncomfortable face-to-face conversation, and leave her to cry.
But you’re lucky, because today is Friday, and on Fridays all the women of the office weigh-in on your problem and offer their solution. Unfortunately for you, and perhaps for the first time in the history of women, we’re all pretty much on the same page.
Stop worrying about being the bad guy, grow a pair, and just do it.
