Turns out kicking a 43 yarder in the snow is pretty hard. A hundred guys tried yesterday at Goose Island and 100 guys missed. I’m sure a lot of people were satisfied with that news. Probably enjoyed the shit out of it. HAHA LOOK AT ALL THESE FAT GUYS FAIL

Quick reminder, again, that Cody Parkey is compensated handsomely to fulfill his job responsibilities, which explicitly includes banging home game-winning 43-yard field goals. The 100 guys that tried and failed yesterday are not. Anyone finding any vindication in this on behalf of Cody Parkey is an asshole of epic proportions. Everyone knows in normal conditions 43 yards is a chip shot. Kinda like last Sunday night but I digress.

I’d love to see the Cubs or White Sox do this shit when someone strikes out on a belt high 95 mph fastball. Have a contest in a Binny’s parking lot and bring Bobby Jenks out of retirement.
