Purdue And Iowa Basketball Had The Perfect Tribute To Tyler Trent Before Tonight's Game

Not a whole lot to say here. These were some of the scenes before the game tipped tonight between Purdue and Iowa with both teams paying respect to Tyler Trent – the Purdue superfan who died earlier this week after battling cancer. We’ve seen tributes over the last few days with SVP holding up his end of a deal, Woj sharing his story and Gregg Doyel from the Indy Star writing all about Trent. Tonight though was the first major sporting event in West Lafayette since his death and it was a perfect tribute. If you listened to Tyler talk or read anything about him you knew how important Purdue was to him. Awesome for Iowa to wear the Tyler Strong shirts as well.
