There May Be A High Stakes Madden Game Going Down Tonight Between Daniel Cormier And Chris Weidman

WOW. Outta nowhere we’ve got a Daniel Cormier-Chris Weidman beef in New York City! They just can’t keep fighters apart in hotels anymore. Who would’ve ever imagined?!

Apparently Weidman’s been talkin’ a big Madden game for a while, and DC’s been takin’ umbrage to that after being “ducked” a few times by the All-American. So here, the Champ Champ finally gets to see the middleweight face-to-face, and throws down the challenge on sight.

Daniel Cormier. Chris Weidman. Mano a mano. One on one.

But Weidman reminds the ol’ pastry-eatin’ heavyweight that SOME folk on UFC 230 had to cut weight last night, so after some more ducking accusations, one of which included Daniel claiming, “Anybody that oversells like [Chris] does CAN’T be very good”, a time was finally set.

Tonight, after the ceremonial weigh-ins, when Weidman’s all good and rehydrated – and he did make weight at 186lbs this morning – the match of the century will go down in one of the two men’s hotel rooms. And for every touchdown that Chris Weidman scores…Daniel Cormier plans on giving him a quick $1,000.

“I run this UFC Madden shit!” screamed the Double Champ as he stormed out of Ultimate Media Day.
