Robbie Fox's Official Ringside Scorecards For RNR6

Hey folks! If you’re here, I’m gonna assume you either read my blog earlier, explaining my role at tonight’s Rough N Rowdy pay-per-view, or you don’t care about any of that shit and just wanna see some fight scores. Because of that, I’m gonna waste little time up here and just get right into it.

As far as my scoring criteria goes, I’ll breifly explain…

-The 10-point must system is in full effect. This means no matter what happens, one fighter will score a 10 at the end of each round, and his/her opponent will score a 9, 8, or even a 7. And because my scores mean nothing to the actual outcomes and decisions of the fights, I can give out 10-8 or 10-7 rounds as liberally as I want. We’ll see if I have to.
-I’m not scoring these fights like I’m watching the “sweet science”. I’m scoring these fights like I’m watching what I am: fucking horrible, but somehow, someway, amazing, brawling. I’ve said it once and I’ll say it a thousand times – fighting like Floyd Mayweather won’t get you a win here. I don’t care how bad you are, how badly you gas, how little variety you have in your arsenal. If you’re hitting the fighter standing across from you in the face, you’re winning.
-I’ll also be keeping tally on the Florida/Georgia rivalry throughout the broadcast, as each fight will pit the enemy schools against each other. To spice things up, in the overall “team” scores, I’ll be counting wins as one point and knockouts and two points. Stoppages in any other way but knockout will be put up to my own judgement. Because again, none of this actually matters. It’s just supposed to be a fun companion to the show.

If I’m able to explain why I scored the fight as I did afterwards, I will, but I can’t promise being able to do it with each fight being how hectic and fast-moving the actual ringside area is.
