We Have Another City Edition Jersey Leak, This Time For The Timberwolves

Man do I love jersey leaks, especially when they are fire like these are for the Timberwolves and their decision to honor Prince, who we all know is a Minnesota native. From what I’ve been able to gather these are legit, and are set to debut the second week in November, and you can add this to the list of Nike bringing the heat with these new City Edition jerseys. Honestly, I was already thrilled with the Timberwolves when they made it known they were going back to the classic KG era uniforms for certain games this season

and I have to say they are knocking this season’s looks out of the goddamn park. I love the font matching the Purple Rain album cover, and while it’s hard to know the true color without seeing it in person because the numbers look more pink while the shorts are more purple, I have no doubt these look awesome.

Hopefully they incorporate some court design with this as well to pull it all together, and I would say if MIN plays at all like we know Prince can play, they are going to blow whoever their opponent is the hell out.
