Brady Tkachuk Has Clearly Seen Some Shit

When you listen to your dad talking about his glory days on Spittin Chiclets and you realize there are probably endless amounts of kill stories involved there.

Brady Tkachuk. Kid has been in the league for about a week now. He has 3 goals and 6 points in 4 career NHL games. But most importantly, the kid is just dominating the meme game. Haven’t seen a player this meme-able since another fellow American legend that goes by the name of Phil “The Thrill” Kessel.

Both of these beauts know how to do 2 things in life. The first one is murdering goalies and stuffing the puck in the back of the net. The second one is providing the world with some fantastic facial reactions.

And maybe that’s what Brady saw while he was getting his helmet tightened. Maybe while they were throwing some screws in there, they tapped his brain and he was able to see into the future. And what his future holds in store for him is Phil Kessel. It’s scary at first since KessDaddy isn’t what we would refer to as traditionally good looking. But he’s beautiful in his own way and the man is an absolute legend. So once you get over the initial shock of “holy shit, I’m the next Phil Kessel”, you realize that means that you’re going to be a 2x Stanley Cup Champion and loved by the entire hockey world, and you realize everything is going to be okay. And you can find some comfort in that.

Kessel was the 5th overall pick in 2006. He played a couple of seasons for the US National Development Team and then played a year of college hockey before getting drafted, then made the jump to the NHL right away as a 19 year old. Brady Tkachuk was the 4th ovearll pick in 2018. He played a couple of seasons for the US National Development Team and then played a year of college hockey before getting drafted, then made the jump to the NHL right away as a 19 year old. Just saying.
