Jimmy Butler Sure Seemed To Enjoy His First Practice With The Timberwolves

Well, this sure seemed to be a fun time in Minnesota! I really hope Thibs continues this because quite frankly it’s great for a blogger. Now, we’ve seen this before. In fact we saw this play out on our favorite show here, The Office.

Jimmy Butler = Holly
Thibs = AJ
Miami Heat = Michael
Timberwolves = The rest of The Office trying to get the dirt
Trade request = Holly’s New Year’s ultimatum

I mean who could see this coming? A disgruntled Jimmy Butler who already has expressed his disinterest to be in Minnesota and Thibs refusing to trade him? In no way would that end poorly. He’s probably thrilled to be there and around guys who all enjoy each other. It’s not like KAT and Butler have some bad blood that circulated on the Internet.

The best part though is Scott Layden sitting there taking it. That might just be the Knicks fan in me but knowing he’s getting screamed at makes me smile just a bit. Now, as for if the Wolves can win without him? Well, if we’re getting this determined Jimmy Butler he may be a top-10 player in the league. I sort of enjoy pissed off Jimmy Butler.
