A Little Bad News, A Little Good News

Ok so first the bad news- the Redskins stink again! That was just a horrific showing all around. Bad penalties on defense kept the Saints alive, not that Drew Brees needed much help because he picked them apart like a surgeon. Alex Smith looked bad bad bad, the run game didn’t exist, and all in all the Skins looked like a shit sandwich. Now, I don’t think they are as bad as they played tonight. I also think the Saints offense is pretty unstoppable. But the Skins once again didn’t show up on MNF and showed they are still a step or 2 or 3 below where they need to be. Very frustrating, my friends.

But, I did promise good news. Check this out:

Heyooooo! Play like shit, still sit in first place. Early bye week is good for optics, no doubt about that.

Lots of work to do for the Skins. I don’t know how Gruden can have an extra week to game plan for the Saints and come up with that. Woof. Hopefully we are better prepared for Cam and the Panthers next week.
