Elon Musk Is Taunting The SEC On Twitter After Settling Fraud Charges, How Will This One Backfire?

Elon Musk has clearly never heard the saying, “let sleeping dogs lie”. He literally just got done settling fraud charges with the SEC that saw him pay 20 million dollars, Tesla paid another 20 million dollars and Musk had to step down as chairman of Tesla and he’s STILL acting like a total asshole on Twitter. He’s taunting the SEC like a child and calling them Shortseller Enrichment Commission. No way this backfires, right? OF COURSE IT’S GONNA BACKFIRE. Each and every time Elon Musk has taken to Twitter, it’s backfired. He called the cave diver a pedophile on Twitter and nothing happened so he went back on Twitter and dared the caver diver to sue him for calling the cave diver a pedophile so the cave diver sued him. He was upset that people were making fun of Tesla so he went on Twitter, said he was gonna take the company private, said funding was secured and then got fined millions of dollars by the SEC and got kicked off the board of his of company. It only ends badly when Musk pops an ambien and gets Twitter fingers.

So now he thinks it’s a good idea to taunt the SEC? This would be like if a drug dealer just escaped charges from the DEA and then tweeted, “More like the Dummies Exclusive Agency lol” but that would never happen because it’s the dumbest thing ever! The DEA would kick down that drug dealer’s door and haul him off to prison forever. Whatever the SEC equivalent to that is what’s going to happen to Elon Musk now. The SEC is gonna leave no stone unturned when it comes to Musk and Tesla. I mean, I’m happy about this because every time Elon starts typing into the ‘What’s happening?’ space on Twitter, I win. The remaining board members and shareholders cannot be pumped about Elon Musk taunting the SEC. Again, it’s only a matter of time before Musk is kicked outta being the CEO at Tesla. Keep it up bud!
