Machine Gun Kelly Thinks Eminem Missed With "Killshot" And Calls It A Leg Shot

You know what? I think Machine Gun Kelly is right. Eminem did miss with “Killshot”. People can talk to me until they’re blue in the face that “Killshot” murdered MGK but they’re just wrong. It was a fine enough diss track but it certainly didn’t have the lines that would end a person’s career. People can tweet out all the fire flame and skull emojis they want but that’s not gonna change the fact that Rap Devil was way better than Killshot. It just was. Eminem thought he could stomp out MGK like an ant but it turns out MGK was super ready, almost waiting, for Eminem to throw a shot his way so he could put out Rap Devil.

I hate to say it but MGK is pushing Eminem around the ring a little bit here. Even the stuff that has happened off wax has been dominated by MGK. You can say that social media is a stupid way to get an edge in a rap beef but that’s rap beef nowadays*. Eminem uses social media to make announcements and release projects. MGK does that but also uses it to take shots at Eminem and clown him. Like, MGK calling “Killshot” a leg shot on Instagram is pretty damn funny. MGK wearing the “Killshot” art on a shirt at his show is a good move. It feels like a move Eminem would’ve made back in the day. Having the entire crowd flick off Eminem, good move. All good moves. Those things count nowadays whether people like it or not. Eminem is part of the old school and MGK is part of the new school. That’s really what this entire thing boils down to.

None of it will likely matter once the dust settles. Eminem will win the war because he’s fucking Eminem but MGK (so far) has won the battle. Eminem will still be one of the GOATs and MGK will have a little bit more notoriety for taking a punch from Eminem and throwing back an even better one. Pretty good thing to have on your resume if you’re MGK.
