Penny Hardaway And Mike Miller Just Locked Up Every Recruit With This Picture

This is how you recruit. Penny, one of the most intriguing head coaches in college hoops this year tweeted this last night with him and assistant coach Mike Miller on the recruiting trail. How the hell do you say no to these two guys coming into your living room and talking hoops?

I mean, sure, if Calipari, K, Roy, Self, Wright or Izzo come in talking about NBA players, wins, etc they have an argument. But, in terms of swag and just winning the cool vote? Impossible to beat the new Memphis coaching staff.

Penny’s already gotten some serious wins in terms of recruiting too. First, it started with bringing Alex Lomax home, after he decommitted from Wichita State. Lomax was a 4-star point guard who played for Penny at East High School in Memphis before going to Wichita State for a year. Memphis is currently battling Kentucky for top-3 prospect in class of 2019, James Wiseman, another guy with ties to Penny.
