Wake Up With An NBA Countdown: Best Crossovers Of 2018
Good morning everybody, happy Tuesday! For today’s video I figured since we’ve had a number of blogs in the past involving some of the best dunks, it was time we highlight some of the other ways you can embarrass someone on the basketball court, and that’s with a great crossover. One of the oldest debates in basketball is if you would rather get dunked on or crossed up and for me the choice has always been simple. You can dunk me into oblivion before I choose to get my ankles broken. At least when you get dunked on you can make the excuse you were at least trying to play defense. When you get crossed up not only does the whole arena freak out, but it’s usually in an extremely disrespectful manner. For example the James Harden move on Wesley Johnson is way worse than any highlight dunk you may have seen last year.
Which is why today, we’ll be looking at the best 50 crossovers from the 2018 regular season. It gives us a little bit of everything, including the creativity of a guy like Steph and Harden, the magic of Kyrie, the power crosses of Westbrook, and the sauce from Wall. This is easily one of my most favorite countdowns that we’ve done so far because what I love about crossovers is once you get to the NBA almost everyone has a the ability to make you look stupid. You don’t have to be some type of athletic freak in order to break someone down.
Of this video I’ll say the biggest surprise to me were probably that Dwight crossovers. I remember when those happened and it was certainly not something I thought was in his bag of tricks considering he doesn’t really have an offensive game. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the 12 minutes and it helps you delay whatever it is you don’t want to be doing at work just a little longer, and as always if there is any specific person or type of countdown you’d like to see just list it in the comments below.
Have a great Tuesday!
