The Rest Of The NFL Is So Dumb For Only Voting Carson Wentz As The 3rd Best Player In The League

Chicago Bears v Philadelphia Eagles

So the NFL just put out their list of top 100 players in the league as voted on by the players themselves. Clocking in at #3 was Mr. Carson James Wentz. Maybe you’ve heard of him before.

Now that’s not just the 3rd best quarterback in the league. That’s the 3rd best player, period. 32 teams in the league. 53 players on each roster. I’m not much of a mathematician but that equates to 1,696 players. And out of all of them, Carson Wentz was voted as the 3rd best behind only Antonio Brown and Tom Brady, noted son-mouth-kisser.

But here’s the thing. The rest of the NFL? Dumb guys. Buncha big, dumb idiots. I know that football guys aren’t necessarily known for their superior intelligence but you’d think they’d at least be smart enough to figure this one out on their own. Carson Wentz is returning to the NFL this year after his backup brought the city of Philadelphia our first Super Bowl victory ever. So he’s already coming into the season with a little chip on his shoulder. And now you vote him as only the THIRD best player in the league? You mean to tell me that there’s not only one, but now two more players that Carson Wentz gets to chase down this season? Hilarious.

You see, if the NFL was a thinking man’s league then the rest of the players would realize it would be in their best interest to name Carson Wentz the best player in the NFL. You don’t want to give him anything more to work toward. You don’t want to add any more fuel to his fire. Let him feel like he’s at the top and that they can stay exactly where he is. Complacency is the only thing that could potentially derail Carson Wentz. The NFL had one opportunity to let a little bit of complacency creep into his game and they blew it. Tough break for the other 31 teams.
