But I’m not an idiot. Well I am an idiot. But I’m a woke idiot. Deandre Ayton doesn’t care how he gets his paper. All that matters is that he gets it. That’s why he signed his feet over to Puma despite them being the key to his livelihood and why he considers success in the NBA “Getting to that second contract”. Deandre Ayton is no fool. He knows that by writing and deleting this tweet, all the blogs will write about it with a screenshot and say OMG LMAOOOOOO instead of the tweet just quietly fading into internet bolivian with all the other sponsored tweets from the Draft. Plus Deandre doesn’t strike me as the type of guy that would use the copy and paste function on his iPhone to mistakenly tweet this out since he has giant hands. You can believe whatever you want, but I’m not gonna sit around and let Deandre Ayton “Keyser Soze” my ass while he continues to prove he is just as good getting paid as he is getting buckets and slowly becomes Darren Rovell’s favorite basketball player.
