As everybody knows by now BC had a huge victory last night against the Dukies and naturally the Superfans stormed the court.  Now this is the type of shit that drives me wild about BC.   No, it’s not that they rushed the court.   It’s the fact that just a week ago Conte Forum was half empty for a primetime game against Clemson.   How can the place be so dead one week and so alive the next?   What changed?   Is it just because the Superfans hate Duke since half of them probably got rejected when they applied there?   Because there is no excuse why this place shouldn’t have been just as loud for Clemson as it was for the Blue Devils.  But it’s typical BC.   Sure they’ll come out for the bright lights and the “cool games”, but they aren’t there day in and day out.    It’s front runner 101.   And it’s a shame because BC is a fun team to watch.   And with Tyrese Rice they can literally beat anybody on any given night.  But the fact that their fans are no shows 98% of the time and then they’ll storm the court acting like diehards when they win makes me root against them despite the fact they are a very likeable team.
