sorry - that's know-nothing. And PS: no one is blaming shit on blacks, but pretty much everyone is sick of everyone else making excuses for them. It's disgusting, and THAT is racism - pure and simple. Ironically enough, it's much of the black leadership that is making the excuses, which is even more disgusting.
i got rag-dolled by our vice principal when i got in a fight in junior high. in fairness, i was still like 5'4, 120. sucked though...i won the fight, but that got completely overshadowed by getting earthed by a faculty member. FYI, he was a white guy, for those who think race has anything even remotely to do with this.
