    If that cop thought he had a valid reason for pulling the man over, he wouldn't have been so calm (scared) and polite about it. The driver is clearly ghetto trash (and probably a criminal), but at least he knows his rights.

    were his liberties infringed upon?  from my understanding, "the patrol" is the cornerstone of law enforcement.  the dude probably sniffed something about the speed of the car, saw the dude was a hood rat, and wanted to look inside to see if there were stolen goods or nervous crack heads.  its not his fault that thuggish blacks commit a disproportionate number of violent crimes. the cop was respectful about it, saw nothing, and wanted to let the guy go as fast as possible.   a black dude in a oxford shirt and loafers walks into a store, and a cop correctly ignores him.  some hood rat walks into a store with colors and shit, the cop ought to keep him in the corner of his eye.  if he doesnt, hes a lousy cop.

    You are an idiot. One of those guys who thinks they know every aspect of the law and has a GED. The cop had reasonable suspicion obviously by his questioning. Coming from an area known for some sort of illegal activity. When he realized the guy was not commuting a crime he let him go. Would have been much faster but the idiot needed to prove he was a moron by yelling and videotaping.  Probably trying to bait him into a beating so he could sue.

    nothing wrong with what the cop did. if it looks suspicious be it black or white and busted or clean car pull that shit over for being a drug and high crime area. its a right that an officer has to investigate based on prior incidents that creat reasonable suspicion. this stupid man speaking back to the cop was plain out a littl ehood rat douche bag.
