Get ‘em Larry! Ah, the good ol’ days when Phillies legend Larry Bowa would go absolutely APESHIT at the drop of a hat. As for the Phillies, who suck out loud again, the best revenge for this quick pitch happy crap is living well. And by living well I mean winning, which I guess isn’t going to happen any time soon.

*There’s seriously no more old school left in MLB that made this game unique and tough. Instant replay essentially eliminated those great manager/umpire arguments that Earl Weaver, Lou Pinella, and Larry Bowa would live for. Buster Posey awkwardly blocking the plate and breaking his axle got rid of the once most exciting play in sports – Collisions at home. Shit, even if you go up and in on someone crowding the plate you get a warning before the benches clear only talk the talk but never walk the walk. It’s gotten bad and, sadly, it’s only going to get worse.
