   I know whats going to happen to me personally. The bush tax cuts will expire in 2013 and i will pay substantially higher tax rates, as will most working Americans next year. When a family member dies, the estate tax will return to 55% as well. I dont want this post to get too long but know that taxes will be the most tangible, obvious change. Especially once the healthcare law draws closer and the buildup of funds begins. From where are those funds being derived? Taxes. Immense, never-before-seen taxes will be visited on upon all working Americans to pay for the behemoth that is the healthcare law.

   well wilburham... i actually will have to when i go out of business. see i work for myself, have for years and have been downsizing, restructuring, and selling off equipment for the last 3-4 years. there is no end in sight to the lack of federal, state, and local funding for the type of work i do. just got an offer on my house and countered. they will most likely take the counter and my pregnant wife, 3 kids, and myself will be looking for another part of the country to move to and another line of work to get into.

    i think voting for romney would have begun the long term upswing this country badly needs in response to the past 10 years of trending down. it will be years before we ever get anywhere near where we need to be, but the turning of the tide won't start for atleast another 4 years. i appreciate your assessment of my being a shitty business owner when you have no idea what line of work i'm in. i was not blessed to be in the obamaphone business. years ago i actually invested my money in what i thought was and what should have been a long term investment. heavy construction (infrastructure and erosion control), construction materials for erosion control and roadways, and trucking (eg. delivering material to said jobs). also, wilburham, it's you're not your.

    for all you idiots talking about taxes....taxes have never been lower than they are right now. Quit your bitching and pay up. We will all be better off in the long run. AND i doubt many stoolies are making 250,000 + a year,and if you do you can afford some higher taxes. Conservative tears taste amazing.

    @28......thats $250k per household. So if you marry a woman with a brain and equal earning power you can achieve this: in most cases quite comfortably if you earned a college degree followed by a masters, phd, or md. Though I gather by your statements that your 'household' is not in this bracket. This takes years of hard work, saving money and spending wisely to manage the debt you will inevitably accrue and taxing those of us who have gunned it for the last 15 years is frustrating....at least to me.
